Preparing For Release |
Preparing For Release is a family reunification program for those coming from incarceration to a family like environment. It allows the inmate and family members to come together in a safe environment to look at their fears and their expectations. They leave the program with a plan for success and tools to utilize toward that success. |

Staying Free |
Staying Free is a program that empowers offenders to successfully transition from incarceration to the community. It is designed for those that have no local family for support. The offenders are mentored while still incarcerated and continues through the first six months post release. The focus prior to release is on the experiences they will encounter and skills to handle both positive and negative experiences. The post release structured and facilitated meetings focus on their successes and challenges, and using the tools in the workbook. |
